Send and Receive Money Easily with Zelle®
February 21, 2020 in Corporate News, New Services
Did you know Bank OZK has partnered with Zelle® to provide our customers with a fast, safe and easy way to send and receive money with friends, family and others you trust – right through our mobile and online banking services?
Zelle offers the convenience and security of sending money to or receiving money from one U.S. bank account to another with no stops in-between – all without revealing your sensitive financial account information to others. You don’t have to worry about having cash or a check on hand to pay friends and family1. And best of all – it’s free to Bank OZK customers!
Zelle is also a great way to send money to people you know such as your personal trainer, babysitter or neighbor1. All you need is their email address or U.S. mobile phone number. Since money is sent directly from your bank account to another person’s bank account within minutes2, Zelle should only be used to send money to people you trust.
If your recipient is already enrolled with Zelle, the money will be sent directly into their bank account, typically in minutes2. If they aren’t enrolled yet, they will get a notification explaining how to enroll to receive the money simply and quickly.
Enrollment is easy! Simply login to online banking or the mobile app and go to the Payments tab. If you haven’t already enrolled in Bill Pay, do that first, then navigate to the Send Money with Zelle® tab.
Once enrolled, sending and receiving money with Zelle is fast, safe and easy!
