Bank of the Ozarks recently awarded the 2016 Diamond Awards to Rachel Minner of Benton, Arkansas and Emily Ferguson of Cabot, Arkansas. Minner and Ferguson received an engraved crystal award along with a gift card for a celebratory dinner with their staff from John Carter, Director of Community Banking, Tyler Vance, Chief Operating and Chief Banking Officer and other Company executives at the Company headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Diamond Award for Checking recognizes the top performing office for annual checking account growth. Rachel Minner, Branch Manager of the Benton Military Road office earned the award for 2016 as the top among Bank of the Ozarks’ 249 offices.
Emily Ferguson, Vice President and Manager of the Cabot Office at Bank of the Ozarks was awarded the first annual Diamond Award for Lending. The Diamond Award for Lending recognizes the top performing lender at Bank of the Ozarks for outstanding consumer and small business loan growth. Ferguson earned the award for 2016 as the top producer among Bank of the Ozarks’ lenders in 249 offices.
