We’ve been busy sprucing up big time and are so pleased to announce the launches of our new website and online banking experience!
The redesigned website is simplified for your convenience, visually rich for your eyes and, of course, fully responsive, so it works great on every device when you’re on the go.
The ground-up redesign was our first collaboration with the Labs team and Steve Aikens, who orchestrated this project on their side. He had this to say about the project:
Designing the new website, we focused on creating an environment that would give customers what they want most – secure access to online banking, simple and intuitive navigation and clear, practical descriptions of our products and services. We’re excited for everyone to experience the new site and have more features in the works in the coming weeks and months.
We need to give a special shout out to all the people who put their hearts into this rebuild including Mick Claffey, Justin Finley, Marcio deOliveira, Kate Dalley, Tommy Maloney, Susan Blair, Bill Pejack, Nico Harold, Jessica Frahm, Jeff Starke, Steve Due, Chad Necessary, Mark Greenhaw, Phil Pearlman, Ashley Henderson, Cathy Bonner, Ashley Carson, Karen Ruckle, Sherita Graves, Tessa Ruston, Tyler Vance and Sonya Campbell.
Online Banking Simplified
The newly redesigned online banking experience has been simplified for your banking pleasure. We built it to be secure, powerful and easy to use.
Bank of the Ozarks eBanking SVP, Tessa Ruston, led the revamp and she had this to say about it:
We just rebuilt our online banking from the top down and it is going to make banking even easier for our customers and give them more control over the things they need to do with their money. The design is clean and simple and navigation is intuitive. It is more of what you want and less of what you don’t.
This was a team effort and so I would like to acknowledge those who worked hard to make the new online banking a success, people like Kassy Kohls, Sonya Campbell, Chad Necessary, Ashley Carson, Jeff Starke, Matt Marshall, Alex Cravens, Phil Pearlman, Steve Aikens, and our call center supervisors and agents who worked tirelessly through the transition.
