For its annual Best Bank rankings, MONEY® reviewed more than 235 financial institutions in search of banks offering the perfect mix of personal and online services. The renowned finance influencer graded each bank on competitive checking and savings account options and ATM fees, and above-average customer service according to a J.D. Power’s 2019 Customer Satisfaction study.
When the results came in, we were clearly the “Best Bank in the South.” Cindy Wolfe, our Chief Banking Officer, credits our strong values. “Integrity and respect are so important to our team,” says Wolfe. “You can see it in the way we treat our customers. Money sees it too.”
The distinction from Money is the most recent of several recognitions.
