Forbes Names Bank OZK to 2021 World’s Best Banks

For the third consecutive year, Forbes has named Bank OZK to the World’s Best Banks. Banks around the globe were rated on key attributes including financial advice, trustworthiness, customer service, digital services, and terms and conditions. 2021 marks the third year Forbes has published the list of best banks in the world, and we’ve earned a spot each year.

Forbes’ third annual list of the World’s Best Banks is publish in partnership with market research firm Statista. Statista surveyed more than 43,000 customers in 28 countries around the globe for their opinions on their current and former banking relationships.
Earlier this year, Forbes recognized Bank OZK on its list of America’s Best Banks for the third consecutive year. The 100 largest publicly traded banks and thrifts were ranked based on growth, credit quality and profitability.
