Bank OZK named “Best Places to Work”

Bank OZK was named “Best Places to Work” by Arkansas Business, a distinction awarded by, and because of, our incredible team members.

Bank OZK was selected for “Best Places to Work” based on workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics; with the largest factor based on results of confidential surveys measuring employee experiences.

“A culture of care is disseminated throughout the organization. Management shows employees they are valued, employees care for each other and our customers, and the entire organization cares that the shared vision is realized,” one employee commented in the survey.

Arkansas Business will honor Bank OZK and other companies designated among this year’s “Best Places to Work” during an online ceremony on Nov. 12 and in the Nov. 16 print edition.
