Bank OZK Expands in Atlanta Market

Bank OZK is looking forward to helping another community succeed as it expands its footprint in Greater Atlanta with a newly constructed branch in East Point.

The 4,102-square-foot, full-service facility has four offices, two lobby teller stations, two drive-through lanes, a drive-through ATM, and safe deposit boxes. The branch features special environmental elements, including LED lighting and high-efficiency HVAC systems.

“We are pleased to expand our presence in Greater Atlanta with this premier office in East Point,” said David Edwards, Bank OZK’s Regional Director of Community Banking for Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. “LarCarol Wood, a veteran banker in the market, leads our all-star banking team. Wood will manage the new branch and provide retail and small business banking. She has been in banking for 20 years and with Bank OZK since September.

Bank OZK entered the Georgia market in 2010 and now has 70 branches throughout the state.
